Season the pork
Cover the pork with a seasoning of salt and black pepper
– 1,5 Kg pork

Sear the pork
On a high fire, sear the pork in some oil.
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Cook the pork
Together with all the other ingredients, cook the pork in a slow cooker on low setting for 8-12 hours
– 2 red onions cut into slices
– 4 garlic crushed cloves
– 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
– 1 can of Coca Cola or Dr. Pepper
– 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcester sauce
– 1/3 cup brown sugar
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 3 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon french mustard
– 1 teaspoon chili flakes
